It is 4.33 pm on Monday, and this must be the latest I’ve ever thought about writing a #MicroblogMondays post, but I’ve been feeling uninspired. Something about Easter forces many of us to be reflective, I discovered on Fb. So I went back and, looking at what I blogged about the last six Aprils, some themes emerged:
- Losing my reading mojo, or – before that – actually reading
- At least one list every April (continuing that tradition here)
- Connections, and the way technology has enhanced and widened my international connections
- At least one blog every April about my surroundings – the change in seasons, Wellington and its harbour or the tuis
- Simple gratitude.
And I am grateful for all your posts.

Someone else (can’t remember who) did a post recently where they looked back at what they were blogging about one year, two years, three years ago, etc. — I’ll have to try that sometime. 😉 I notice Facebook has started an “On This Day” feature where they flag your past posts from a year ago, two years ago, etc. It’s kind of fun to look back like that.

All interesting topics. Hope you decide to revisit some.

Maybe April is always your downward dip before re-energizing.
I’ll admit that I stayed off Facebook on Sunday. I just needed a day off. And all the pics were still there today.

I’ve lost my reading mojo, too. Your prompt is going to make me explore this. it’s happened by accident (hallo, FB!) and I’m going to be more deliberate about how I spend my time.
